What is Poyento?
Poyento is an AI-native event planning platform. It turns your date, guest count and budget into a plan, matches you with vendors by fit, and keeps budgets, guests, contracts and payments in one place.

How do I sign up?
Open app.poyento.com, choose Sign up, and create an account with your email. You can start planning right away.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 7-day trial. No card is needed to begin.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page choose "Forgot password", enter your email and follow the link we send you. The link is valid for 60 minutes and works once.
What kinds of events can I plan?
Weddings, birthdays, corporate offsites, launches, conferences, dinners and more. Templates adapt to the type of event.
Who can I contact if I need help?
Email hello@poyento.com. A person, not a chatbot, replies within one business day.
AI
Does Poyento use AI?
Yes. Poyento AI drafts plans, budgets and timelines, matches vendors, and flags risky contract clauses. You review and edit everything.
How accurate are AI-generated budgets and timelines?
They are starting points built from your inputs and typical market ranges. Refine them as real quotes arrive; Poyento updates the plan with you.
Does the AI read my private documents?
Only the files you choose to upload for a task such as contract review. They are not used to train models and are not shown to anyone else.
Can the AI find vendors for me?
Yes. Vendor Match ranks vendors by date, location, style and budget, and you decide who to contact.

How can I join as a vendor?
Fill in the short application on the Become a Partner page. Our team reviews every application within two business days.
Does it cost anything to be listed?
Listing and ranking are free. Nobody can pay to rank higher. A small fee applies only when you get booked.
What is Vendor Match?
Vendor Match pairs your event with vendors that fit your date, location, style and budget, with a fit score that explains why.
Can I message vendors inside Poyento?
Yes. Enquiries, proposals and replies stay in one thread tied to your event.
Billing
What plans are available?
See the Pricing page for current plans. Every plan includes the 7-day trial.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like; changes apply from the next billing period.
Do you offer team pricing?
Yes. Team plans include seats, roles and approvals. Contact us for larger organisations.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Security & data
Is my information secure?
Passwords are hashed with Argon2id, sessions are protected by secure cookies, and traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
Will you share my information with vendors without consent?
No. Vendors see only what you choose to send them in an enquiry.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Ask us at hello@poyento.com and we will export or delete your account and data.
Can several people work on one event?
Yes. Invite teammates, partners or family and set what each person can see and edit.
