1. Eligibility

You must be a business or professional legally able to provide the services you list, and provide accurate details in your application and profile.

2. Free to list, free to rank

Listing and ranking are free. Ranking is based on fit, availability and verified reviews and cannot be bought. A service fee applies only to bookings made through Poyento, as shown at the time you accept them.

3. Your profile and content

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, prices and availability, and you confirm you have the rights to the photos and text you upload. You grant us a licence to display them on Poyento.

4. Enquiries, quotes and contracts

Quotes and contracts are between you and the client. Honour the prices and dates you confirm. Poyento is not a party to your agreements.

5. Reviews

Reviews come only from completed bookings. Do not pay for, edit or pressure clients about reviews. We may remove reviews that break our rules.

6. Conduct

Respond to enquiries promptly, keep your calendar current and treat clients and planners respectfully. We may suspend listings that mislead, discriminate or repeatedly fail clients.

7. Data

Client details you receive through Poyento may only be used to respond to and deliver that enquiry or booking, and must be handled in line with applicable data protection law.

8. Removal

You can remove your listing at any time. Obligations for confirmed bookings continue.
