1. Who we are

Poyento is operated by Poyais Digital, based in Istanbul, Turkey ("Poyento", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using poyento.com or app.poyento.com you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other accounts or disrupt the platform, no scraping or reselling without permission, and no uploading material you do not have the right to share.

4. Plans, trials and billing

New accounts receive a 7-day trial. Paid plans renew each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice.

5. Your content

You own the events, documents and data you add. You grant us a limited licence to host and process them to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. AI features

AI suggestions such as plans, budgets and contract flags are informational. Review them before relying on them; they are not legal, financial or professional advice.

7. Vendors and third parties

Poyento helps you find and work with vendors but is not a party to agreements between you and a vendor, and does not guarantee a vendor's work.

8. Availability and liability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
