Set the budget, draft a guest list, pick a date range and book the venue. Venue availability shapes everything else.
8 to 6 months out
Book photographer, caterer and music. Send save-the-dates. Start thinking about attire.
5 to 3 months out
Finalise florals and stationery, plan transport and stays for guests, and schedule tastings.
2 months to 2 weeks out
Send invitations, confirm headcount, build the seating plan and share the day timeline with every vendor.
The final week
Confirm arrival times, settle final balances and hand one person the vendor contact list. Then breathe.
